TO ADD AN ATTACHMENT (or PHOTO)

Specs
Maximum file size: 16-18 double-spaced pages, using standard formatting—i.e., your PCCWW faculty submission of 15 manuscript pages, and Synopsis-Plus, with a cushion to allow for variation among documents. Attachments may be .docx, .doc, .pdf, or .rtf files.
Maximum attachments per post or message: 3
The maximum image size: 300 x 300 pixels
Instructions
- Per instructions above, create a new post or edit your existing post. Scroll down to the centered heading UPLOAD ATTACHMENT, then click it.
- To find the file you want to attach, click Browse (box on right). Double-click the file name. It will appear in the Filename box below.
- Click Add the File. When the upload is complete, scroll down to see the name and path of your file in the small Attachments box (under large Message Box). Further down, you’ll see your uploaded file’s name (and your optional comments) under Posted Attachments..
Optional: Add a comment for readers in the File Comment box. Below this box, you’ll see your uploaded file’s name under Posted Attachments.
- TO INSERT A PHOTO: Place your cursor in message area where you want the image to appear. Click Place Inline (to the right of the Filename dropdown selector). A code will appear in your message. Note: You can’t link to images stored on your own PC, unless it is a publicly accessible server.
- TO FINISH INSERTING AN ATTACHMENT OR PHOTO: Scroll down below Polls to click either Preview (to possibly edit before posting), or Submit at the very bottom (to finalize the post).
TO DELETE AN ATTACHMENT
to Your Post
- Click Delete File near the bottom of page. Be careful; there is no confirmation message before the file is deleted.
- To attach a revision or other file, follow the above Steps 1-5 again.
Important! Please don’t post revisions of manuscripts already submitted to our current workshop faculty. Instead, share revisions via email with writers who have agreed to read them.
