Bridget Hodder is a reading and communication specialist in the Massachusetts Public School system. Her first middle grade novel, The Rat Prince, was an ILA-CBC Children’s Choice List starred selection, an Amazon Hot List pick, and a finalist for the Mythopoeic Society award in Children’s Fantasy Literature.

Her second novel, The Button Box, was released in spring 2022, and received a prestigious Kirkus starred review. Like this book's main character, Bridget is Sephardic. She's also the daughter and granddaughter of Holocaust survivors.

Bridget returns to TeenSpeak this year as treasured, engaging presenter. Welcome back, Bridget!
