HOW TO REGISTER
On this Board
- If you’ve never enrolled in our workshop, contact us. You must be an enrollee or alum to register on this board. (Only registered members may access non-public posts.)
- Click on the bulletin board.
- Click Register in the upper part of the page
- Follow these simple steps:

Terms and conditions of registering. Confirm that you (a) are at least 13 years old, and (b) will follow the rules of this board. Then, fill in the boxes: |

User Name: Type your first name only, using upper-case initial please (e.g., John). We use our real names so that workshop participants may easily identify each other. |

3. |
Email: Enter your email address, then confirm where prompted. This should be the same email address as the one you’ve submitted when enrolling in the workshop. |

Password: Create and enter a password, then confirm where prompted. Remember to jot down this password. (You may change it later, if you choose to or you forget it.) Your name and password are “case sensitive,” meaning that in the future, to log in, you must use upper-case or lower-case exactly as you’ve typed them here. |

5. |
Timezone: Select the time zone for your area. This will affect the hour at which you receive your (optional) e-digest of members’ posts. This setting is not updated automatically; you must change it manually when needed. For more detailed options after your registration is confirmed, log in and click User Control Panel at the top—then Board Preferences, and/or Digests. |

Visual Confirmation Code: Follow directions for entering the code. (Type into a box the distorted numbers and letters you see displayed. If you can’t understand the code, refresh the page to get a new one.) This process prevents automated registrations. |

Scroll down and click Submit. You’re done! |
Workshop participants. You’ll receive confirmation within 24 hours that your registration is approved. Then simply return to the board at your convenience and log in. Check our Help menu for tips.
